Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty — Smooth, Bright & Naturally Rested Eyes

Lower blepharoplasty treats under-eye bags, shadows and laxity.
Through modern fat repositioning techniques, we restore a smooth, youthful and refreshed under-eye contour without altering your natural expression.

My philosophy

The lower eyelid region plays a crucial role in the overall appearance of the face.
Even subtle changes — bags, shadows, laxity — can create a tired or aged look.

Our philosophy is simple:
natural rejuvenation without altering your expression.

We focus on:
• preserving natural volume
• restoring the smooth lid–cheek transition
• precise, anatomy-respecting techniques
• personalised planning for each face

The goal is an under-eye area that looks brighter, smoother and naturally refreshed, never overdone.

The modern technique

Modern lower blepharoplasty has evolved substantially.
It no longer focuses on removing the fat pads.

The most advanced technique today is:

Transposition Lower Blepharoplasty

fat repositioning and redistribution, rather than excision.

Its goals are to:
• smooth under-eye bags
• reduce shadows and hollowness
• preserve youthful volume
• create a soft, natural lid–cheek transition
• rejuvenate without altering expression
Anaesthesia & Combinations

Performed:
• under light IV sedation, when done alone
• or as part of a Deep Plane Facelift, for complete midface and periorbital rejuvenation

During surgery:

• fat pads are repositioned to smooth contours
• minimal fat is removed only when necessary
• the muscle or support structures are tightened if laxity exists
• minimal excess skin is excised when present
• the natural lid–cheek junction is restored
• the eye retains its natural shape and expression

The final result refines itself gradually as the tissues settle.

Ideal Candidates

• Under-eye bags
• Shadows / hollow appearance
• Skin laxity
• Poor eyelid–cheek transition
• Tired appearance
• Can be combined with upper blepharoplasty or facelift
